Once you place your order and upload a photo of your pet, our artists get to work hand-illustrating your Custom Pawtrait. You’ll receive a digital preview in 1–2 days for approval before it’s printed and shipped

Do you only craft pawtraits for dogs and cats?

Not at all! While dogs and cats are some of our most common requests, we proudly create portraits for all types of animals—whether it’s a rabbit, bird, horse, guinea pig, or even exotic pets like reptiles or fish. As long as you provide a clear photo of your beloved companion, we can bring your vision to life and craft a pawtrait that perfectly captures their unique personality and spirit. No matter the species, we’re here to celebrate the bond you share with your pet.

Can I include more than one pet in the portrait?

Yes! We can accommodate up to three pets in a single pawtrait. Simply upload photos of each pet and let us know your preferences.

Do you offer both digital and printed versions of the pawtrait?

We don’t sell standalone digital files, but yes — every order includes a free digital copy of your Pawtrait alongside your professionally printed and framed version. All our Pawtraits are designed to be display-ready, printed on high-quality matte paper, and beautifully framed with pre-attached hanging hardware.

You’ll receive your digital preview for approval within 1–2 days, and once it’s approved, we’ll take care of printing, framing, and shipping it straight to your door — ready to hang and admire!

What if I’m not happy with the artwork?

We offer a 100% happiness guarantee. If you’re not totally in love, we’ll revise your portrait until it’s perfect — no time limits, no fuss.

What kind of photo should I upload?

A clear, high-resolution photo of your pet works best — preferably taken in natural light and showing their full face (bonus points if it shows off their personality!). Don’t worry, we’ll let you know if we need a better one.
